Great location, walking distance to shopping centre. lots of free parking.nnGreat hospitality from front desk.nnRooms were good and we slept well. Only giving it a 3 star because there was no air conditioning. We had the window open and it was adequate. Had it been a hot summer day, it would have been tough.
It's a lovely hotel in a fabulous location. All the staff we encountered were lovely and helpful. Our room was clean. The only issue I would highlight was that the sofa bed was too small for 2 children, so we had to make up another bed on the floor. Staff were great in providing more bedding, and our children were fighting over who got to sleep on the floor. Very popular with coach parties. There are lots of choices for breakfast and a fantastic coffee machine.
Clean and quiet, and we appreciated the early 4am continental breakfast. Room was a bit stuffy without a fan or ac. We couldn't open windows because of midges.
You get what you pay for, rooms have everything you need and are clean, the staff are very friendly,nnBreakfast is included in the price and has something for everyone,nnLocation is right beside junction 1 outlets perfect for a bit of shopping
Very clean modern hotel. Excellent service from lovely staff who provided a very warm welcome & were very helpful. Nice, spacious clean room, serviced daily, with TV, sofa, large desk & chair work station, shower with toiletries & face tissues. The cherry on the cake for us was they have an iron & small ironing board in the room, as we had vacuum packed our clothes this was a great touch. Great Irish breakfast, with continental available too, on our last day we had to leave at 5am as our flight had been moved, the reception arranged a taxi to the airport and reassurred us we could have continental breakfast before we kept unlike other hotel chains who have a set start time for breakfast. The hotel has an ice machine in the hallway, nicely furnished & decorated lounge & dining area. Loved our stay here and when we return to Antrim we will definitely be returning.
