Ideal day out. Family well entertained in all aspects and perfect location to tire tiny feet. As a disabled person, catered for with all facilities around the zoo. Barring British weather, it was a very enjoyable time. 🦁🦍🐢🦅🐍🦐🐯🐵🐒🐨🐘

The zoo is nice and local to Belfast which is good. It is on a hill so bring your walking boots. BRING YOUR OWN FOOD. The restaurants are way over priced. 3 sausage rolls, no frills just sausage rolls, and a plain hot dog, tea and coffee £23. And the customer service was exceptionally poor. I like the zoo, and wish it does well in the future however as a returning customer it seems I've been too late to realise the benefits of a picnic.

Great zoo, plenty to see with animals in nice sized and managed enclosures. Only criticism being that is all on a hill so we good shoes and be prepared for a good walk. Friendly staff to boot.

Definitely improved from last visit a year or so ago. Zoo is hilly, pushing buggy around it is not for faint hearted!- but a good day out esp. on nice day. Lots of picnic tables dotted around and great playpark for children

Love this zoo. Gets alot of criticism but the kids love it. It's in a great location, reasonably priced and plenty to entertain for a full day
