Antrim Castle Gardens is a great credit to local council and garden staff. The standard of overall maintenance and design of gardens and facilities is perhaps the best I have seen on my wider travels. There is even an automated display with music and tevolving trees that the kids just love to stand and enjoy!! It needs to be seen to be appreciated. You can easily spend an hour or a day walking around the grounds with a lot to see and enjoy whether you are young or perhaps retired. Also has a great cafe insight with toilet facilities with excellent access for wheelchairs. Free entry for all ages. We love this location and highly recommend it.
Went today for the first time it was a lovely space to walk in lots of things to see and do. The castle or rather the remains of the castle provide interest especially for children. There is a lovely courtyard restaurant cafe etc. the platinum jubilee garden is worth seeing simply because it is awful!
Nice place to spend some quality time with friends and family. Not too crowded. Has multiple access points. Good space to park a car and enjoy beautiful flowers. Must visit spot for a beautiful summer day
Lovely place for a walk with no hills to climb and beautiful flowers and plenty of open spaces for children to have a good run around
For free this place is excellent. Good walks and nice gardens. The clockwork garden by the car park should not be missed. Nice place for a stroll by the river to the lough.
