Amazing time at the winter wonderland in castle garden's..family came over from coleraine and my grandkids really enjoyed it..definitely worth visiting.well done to all involved.

Very disappointing service with no knowledge of animal welfare legislation. Animal welfare legislation lies with local councils and, while I appreciate that they might not have a welfare officer, one would imagine they would know where to phone. The girl l spoke to was very unhelpful and dismissive. I then contacted the council in Ballymena who were excellent. People phone their councils for help and surely the least that can be expected is that they are well informed.
