You should note that Green Bike no longer services bikes.  Always a very mixed reception when phoning depending on who you get. I've bought one bike here and had a really great service.  On the other hand, the person manning the phones this week couldn't have been any less friendly when enquiring about a repair to said bike. Apparently, service is no longer available. I'll have to find an alternative.

Great store! I think this shop is run by cyclists, so lots of in-depth knowledge, passion for the sport and they are very helpful. Its refreshing to get sound advice and not just a sales pitch. I disagree with previous comment about sharks - I buy goods online,and have got bike repairs and service done with many other bike shops and to be honest this is the only bike shop I would recommend as they are reasonably priced for products and labour and workmanship is top notch.

Ain't really got anything good to say about them. Was recommended to use by a colleague, and considering not to far from work location I thought why not. Dropped bike off for service on a Thursday and told to come back following Monday or Tuesday, I left it until Thursday to return and found out they hadn't even looked at bike. Told might be looked at before weekend, got phone call end of day that they didn't have tools to fix. Using excuse must be proprietary tool. Bike is from a major brand and not some obscure company, and find crazy not able to service. Have since took to a guy that works out of a shed and sorted it without an issue.

Not sure what planet NH is on. Conor and Aidan are two of the straightest guys you could meet. I have bought at least 10 different bikes from Conor over past 10 years. Would not have spent the money to buy an S Works Tarmac from this shop if it was not top notch. I have probably made recommendations to friends leading to 30-40 bike sales from Green Bikes over that same period and every one of those recommendations have complimented me on the shop and the service.

Excellent service from store manager Jude. Quickly diagnosed and subsequently fixed the issue with my dropper seat post much quicker than anticipated. Big thanks again!

I recently made an enquiry through your Newry shop and was disappointed with the level of service provided by a Mr Turnbull, expected more.

I ordered some accessories from them which I've not received. I emailed them to ask if they had sent them and they never replied.  Absolute sharks!

Great shop with expert advise from experienced staff. Always top quality service

Took time to spend with the customer and very helpful. Also gave some good sound advice.
