Wonderful experience today thanks to the extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff who were particularly friendly and kind to our four year old. Top class service by staff who went above and beyond!
So I’ve visited a couple of Lushs’ and this one is by far my favourite! The people in here are the greatest. I was recently served by Darren in here and what a friendly and knowledgeable person. He offered some amazing recommendations on their product offerings and we also talked about the Spa treatments Lush has to offer in England/Scotland we were discussing how great it would be to have something like this in N.Ireland! He recommended a treatment I should try out next time I’m in Edinburgh and I 100% will. Thanks so much Darren and the entire Newry Lush team you guys are the best. Safe to say I’ll be back.

Me and my girlfriend went into lush to have a luck at a few products Darren was a top fella helped us out big time very kind to talk to and we got a very warm welcome in and felt at ease he helped us with a lot of products and told us all the benefits thanks to darren again we wouldn’t usually go to lush but we will definitely be back very generous and kind thanks again
I visited the Newry store today and had a wonderful customer service experience. Sinead was very helpful and informed me of many ethical enterprises Lush are involved in. This came about after I bought a Charity Pot hand and body lotion product from a stall at the the entrance of the store with a person from Green Space Community Growing Project. They sounded like a welcoming group of volunteers who enjoy what they do. They have some wonderful initiatives and I was happy to talk to a local group in a national shop. As part of buying the Charity Pot, I experienced making my own bath bomb with Conal and got a pay it forward gift also. I loved hearing about all the monthly focuses on different human challenges we need to overcome. Really engaging and enjoyable shopping experience all round.
Massive thanks to Darren, who went above and beyond to help me with choosing gifts. His level of customer service has yet to be matched. Thank you Darren... Will be back!
I love Lush my favourite products are snow fairy The body spray is just amazing and the shower gel is lush, Twilight body spray is also a favourite of mine and the sleepy shower bomb.The Newry store is lovely and the staff are always very friendly and helpful. Megan was very helpful today which was great and Darren is also very helpful. I highly recommend this store.
Very good experience, I was very indecisive as I’ve never been there. Staff where very helpful and management gave me a free product to help. Will be purchasing it again as the coffee scrub sample is lovely.
today I was shopping in the store and I was operated by a lovely lady. Unfortunately, I do not remember the name but the advice and commitment with which she advised me and my grandmother were admirable the lady is blonde at the very end at home I realized that she put a small item into the shopping bag <3 Thank you and I definitely recommend this place!
