I have been into this shop twice in the last 2 years and had the same experience both times. The second time was this week and I left saying I would never go back! It is a beautiful store with such potential but the sales team let it down. The sales personnel seemed disinterested in helping us. One looked up from their desk when we came into the empty store on Saturday late afternoon. After asking did we need help, she looked crest fallen when I asked for it and advised me just to look around. After finding that the colour i was interested in wasn’t in the store she advised that they only had what was in store. I think if you are going to spend £1000 odd on two lights then the sales team could at least point you in the right direction.
Lots of lights but customer service has room for improvement. Was in the business twice within a week it wasn't a case that someone was having a bad day. This business could be fantastic but needs improvement with the sales team.

Brilliant selection of lights, got fabulous lights for our beauty salon Eden in Newry, they are super bright and very well priced, got a great deal! 5 Stars!
