Bought 3 piece and within no time started to fray on arms of sofa. Said they would get back to me and have not heard anything. Poor quality, poor customer service. So much for buying and supporting local businesses. Don't be tempted to buy here.
Purchased carpets and vinyl for the whole house, Colin and Sinead very helpful and easy to deal with, very competitive prices. Will be back in future
Great range of furniture and flooring. Beautiful carpets at good prices. Took us about 20 minutes to pick, pay and book fitting for our new carpet. Been going to Colin for years. Service and quality you can always trust
Don't go near.got carpet put down.absolute mess.small nails and off cuts lying everywhere when finished and 1 year old crawling around the house.was told that I was getting bands for under door when I was buying the carpet then when came to fitting told they had none and if I wanted them I had to go to their shop and fit them myself. Went to their shop and had none in stock.then i had to pull up the carpet as the nails they were using was under the carpet when finished and was sore under foot.regret dealing with this crowd.
After looking at various outlets for a new suite of furniture, decided to try here... So glad we did, Colum couldn't have been more helpful. Absolutely delighted with our furniture and the service, thank you Sinead, we will definitely be back
Very poor service, I would advise anyone to stay clear of this business. Like another reviewer they also took my carpet and have told lies constantly. What seems cheap at first will end up costing you more as once they have your money they do not care.
Stay away from these. Ordered a bed told me it would take a week over a month later bed arrived from not answering there phones to be told lies. A girl named sinead has a horrible manor no customer care experience what so ever.
Left carpet at front door in rain and wind. Had to lint roll carpet clean due to soil./leaves etc blown onto it. Eventually when someone came to lay carpet they had forgetten something said they'd be back in 15mins. No return no phone call to expain. Called received that night saying someone could only called at 7.30 next morning on a sat. Owner extermely rude and aggressive on phone when I called to explain I wasn't happy with service- no doubt because he had already been paid. Job got done but would never go near them again for anything.
Gave them the key to my house when l was going on holiday to fit carpets no carpets no key and noting only lies now I have to get lock doc out to cut my door for gave them y My key and all other keys are in my house total disaster
