Staff were very helpful. I didnt really know what i wanted and they had all the time in the world for me, saved me so much money on my phone but also on my broadband which I didnt even know they did! Will defintely be returning to this store, great team with great management! Thankyou
Can't be more thankful to the staff working today, After dealing with a very unhelpful member of staff in the Damolly Carphone Warehouse store previously i couldn't recommend using this store more! Thanks to Niamh especially who helped me get everything sorted and her Manager and CoWorker who were all well trained very friendly and keen to help! Thanks again!
Hi I upgraded my phone today in the Newry store. I had excellent service from a member of staff called ciara , she went through all my options and explained everything . I left the store very happy and will definitely be back thanks again Ciara

Rang customer service for about 15 minutes. Never got through and they hung up . So I'm no better off . Terrible service.
Disgusting - I telephoned at about 10 o'clock in the morning to speak to someone - after going through the automated answering system I was left listening to what passes for music while NOONE answered the phone after 15 minutes I hung up - that is no way to treat customers
Staff knowledgeable n know their stuff, takes time to explain phone features n tariffs
