Still waiting for the manager to phone me back regarding a refund. Find the quality of the products very poor. Already had one item exchanged and had the same problem with the replacement item. Wouldnt recommend. Expensive items that dont last leaving a very disappointed child after Christmas. 3 visits so far to the store and likely another to find a manager!!!
Poor. Shop assistant became passive aggressive when I gently asked about any possibility of discount. She was brusque in he manner wrapping the gift. I would have not made the purchase only it was for a friend. Would definitely not use the Newry shop again. If
I was served by Rachel on Sunday afternoon. I had an idea in my head of what I was looking for. Rachel quickly homed in on the style I liked which led to a pleasant and quick purchase. Left the shop in less than 10 minutes with everything gift wrapped. Thanks Rachel
Poor customer service faulty good but asked to come back when manager in to see if can get it exchanged... Who with a life has time for that! Ridiculous!!
