My experiences at this surgery have been truly disgraceful. You have to wait weeks and weeks to see anyone and then its not your own doctor. I have been prescribed medicines that are not even available, I have been advised to go to the walkin centre becuase no one is available to see me and then get misdiagnosed. But the latest scandal is today I phone up to ask for an appointment only to be denied YES DENIED? Told I must phone up at 8am and we all know you can never get through to their one phone line at 8am and what of those of us who are at work at 8am? The staff and receptionists are rude. All in all I am now in the process of switching doctors becuase Gorton Street Practice is the worst practice I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Goodbye and good riddance, and I urge all other dissatisfied patients to do so as well. Cannot leave no stars because I would have done. Truly disgraceful.

My fiance got told to phone up and pre book an appointment from the walk in center as he has just been put on antidepressants, gorton street have told him they dont pre book appointments and he has to phone up in the morning at 8am every time I phone up at 8am I can't get through and then when I do get through there's no appointments, they are useless, yet when I've been in, in the past I've always seen people pre booking appointments for a month in advance its a joke, when this is medication he needs yet he has to see a doctor before he gets given them!

Worse doctors you could have, near impossible to get an oppionent. Also cant even mange to fill in a medical form for the army, been waiting 2 months and still havent been posted.

Ring up at 8.00 am to book an appointment and cant get through and then all appointments are gone so have to go walk in center.dr clarke does not listen to your problems abd take what you have said on board.waiting times get longer and longer.
