This GP practice is a nightmare it is impossible to get through on the phone and if you make and app online its a 3 to 4 week wait. The GPs are not interested in anything you discuss with them and after waiting half an hour to go in as they were running late i was rushed in and out in 5 mins. I felt the doctor did not listen or try to help with what i went about. After waiting 3 weeks for this app it was just a waste of time. GPs should be helpful and supportive but i have found non of the GPs at this practice to be.

never able to get an appointment, tried ringing from7.50 am for 3 days now, finally got through on day 3, to be told, no appointments, to go walk in centre ( its all i hear from this gp) or i get told by the snotty receptionist that most of their patients cue up from 7.30 am. Now how am i supposed to do that with a 7 year old, who needs to be showered, dressed, fed and dropped of to school every morning ? Seeing a doctor at this surgery is as possible as winning the lottery...

Only just started here.but always helpful and happy...quite busy,but booking appointments on line is easy...

Never able to get appointments even at 8am and on hold over 30 mins every time I call. Changing doctors.
