Please can I suggest you make your elderly patients aware of the new parking regulations. My neighbour is 80 and I have just had to help her pay and explain the rules. She parked as usual but forgot to register inside. £40 is a lot of money for a pensioner!

Incredibly hard working Doctors and Nurses, all facing an extremely challenging NHS system and one that is under resourced. Staff prioritise using a triage system, a huge patient list to contend with. All the Doctors are passionate about giving their best and try their upmost for the patients. Keep up the good work.

Been with practice for 20 yrs and leaving. The nurses are really good friendly and brilliant at there job. i was really ill in bed my mum called for a Dr to come and see me as it was in normal working hours and he point blank refused to come out was obnoxious to my mum on the phone I ended up in hospital having a diabetic episode if he had come out I wouldn't have been in that situation. Had to wait 4 weeks for an appointment regarding chest pains. Tried to get an appointment last week told it was a six week wait and so I asked for a telephone appointment told that's a four week wait. So you now need to be a pshycic to know your gonna be ill a month before you actually are. I wouldn't recommend this practice to anyone
