I have received great medical care, but the reception staff is not very nice or supportive. Even when you treat these people with respect, you will get bitched at and treated like an unworthy being. The communication is practically impossible. Also there doesn't seem to be any communication within the staff.

Poo never get a appointment u are on hold 4 so so long was 3rd in cue at bang on 8 an still in same possision 20 mins later what a joke this doctors is had all the money 4 new rooms should put more money in 2 better staff an doctors worst doctors iv even know not helpfull once went in wi my 15 month old baby an wow they did nothing even though it was clear that she was ill they are so simple phones never work aparantly but yet they always gasping on then worst medical center

Although there is a large programme of works happening it's business as usual Great to see that Dr's shaw and Smith have worked hard to find replacement doctor however the locums they do have are regular locums and are excellent The rest of the nursing team are equally professional and efficient The reception team really do try to sort things out without having to see the nurse or GP and like anywhere else theses days juggling patients needs for GP appointments is a mammoth task but they will always try their best to get you in ASAP All in all an upcoming progressive professional practice

All ways late the service is the worst I know I'm changing doctors.. a few times I needed a appointment was told nearly 3 weeks lost prescriptions dreadfully
