In my time at the hotel I had great service from the management throughout my stay. Would definitely consider going back if I’m down in Bromley again. Rooms pretty spot on, Nice enough garden view and easy access 24/7.Rooms: 4/5
Very accommodating host. Booked 4 rooms for a wedding function close to the hotel proximity. We arrived early and asked if there was a room available to get dressed. The host not only found a room but even sorted out all room keys, so on return, we could all go to our individual rooms. Breakfast and parking are excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend the hotel to family and friends.
A very well maintained hidden gem in the heart of beckenham. Stayed there over a weekend for a friends wedding do in the area and couldn't of felt more happier with the stay. Comfy rooms and very clean from top to bottom. Staff very pleasent and kind and happy to tend to all your needs also the breakfast was amazing will defo recommend and use again 5 Rooms: Excellent, clean and very comfy Nearby activities: Plenty Safety: Very secure with 24hr personnel Walkability: 5 mins walk to beckenham High Street which have lots of various shops, bars and restaurants Food & drinks: Superb
The water flow in the shower stops suddenly. But literally everything else is great. Decent breakfast, helpful staff that will point you to an iron and ironing board if needed. Laundromat is about 20 minutes away and rooms are nice and clean. Walkability: 10 minutes walk from beckenham junction station Food & drinks: Beckenham is a wonderful town with plenty of food options
The hotel is positioned in a great location close to the train station. My room was clean and a nice size on the lower level. View out of the window of the garden. The bed was comfortable. The shower cubicle was a decent size, however, there were some tiny black mould stains on the grouting and in the corners, this let the shower room down a bit. The shower door wasn't connected to the runner at the bottom of the door and this made it harder to open. Breakfast was continental style. Plenty of rolls and pastries. The price for an overnight stay was fairly priced. If I'm in the area again I would consider staying there again.
Excellent small hotel we were made to feel welcome by our host and had a very comfortable stay. The property is in excellent decorative order and extremely clean and neat. Very convenient location and with the huge bonus of off street parking. Would definitely stay again.
Pleasantly surprised by how good this family run hotel was. Clean, decent value, handy for, buses, trains and the tram at Beckenham Junction. Decoration a little tired but friendly staff who dealt with every query immediately. Continental breakfast was good too. Highly recommended and if we're back in the area will definitely book again
We have just finished a 2 night stay here for a family wedding. The owner and her son are lovely and couldn't do enough for us. We stayed in a family room and it was lovely, very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was continental but wow what a great selection of food. Again the owner of the hotel was there to greet you at breakfast and made the whole experience seemless. The food was plentiful and wholesome and was restocked when it started to run low. We will certainly be visiting again and I would highly recommend it as a place to stay.
The bed was comfy, the breakfast was good and the service was good and friendly. Walkability: Just a few hundred yards to shops ,bars & restaurents. Food & drinks: Hot drink facilities in the room, continental breakfast was fresh and tasty
This not full service hotel . The personnwho gave me the key to room was very kind and nice . Bath room clean , rooms clean. Close Beckenham junction station . Many food options around. Super markets nearby . Beautiful parks near by .Rooms: 4/5
