Excellent place if you want to stay in London. Stayed here for couple of months and the rooms are very clean, well maintained and with a good housekeeping team. The guests also have an all day breakfast provided and easy access to a kitchen if you want to cook your meals. Laundry facilities too are provided. The location is very close to the Addiscombe tram stop and it's easy to get to East Croydon for the train service.

This is one of the best hotel in Croydon London. Rates are also reasonable. Rooms and bathroom are very clean. This is three star hotel. Breakfast quality is the best. Guests are allows to use kichen. Staff is very cooperative. The hotel is looking very nice due to White colour to outer side of building.

Excellent Hotel. Have stayed at 3 hotels in Croyden in consecutive years, while family attending the same event at Crystal Palace. This is by far the best. Check in was very friendly and helpful. Love the kitchen stocked with breakfast food that we can use 24hrs a day. Washing and drying facilities which we didn't use and shared fridge and freezer for our own food. Saved us a lot not to have to eat out every night. Room was warm, clean, comfortable. Plenty of electric sockets and complementary tea coffee, juice and biscuits. Shower powerful and very clean. Freeview on the TV and excellent strength WIFI. This suited us down to the ground.
