Stayed here for 1 night on a Saturday as every other hotel nearby was fully booked or too expensive as it's a Saturday. This is you're traditional B&B with a bonus of being able to wash your clothes and cook you're own meals. There is free parking available on the forecourt with bus and tram services nearby. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
Do yourself a favor and spend just a bit more to stay elsewhere. The pictures do not represent the interior of the hotel. It's a lot worse. In my bathroom there was hair and dried up toothpaste from a previous guest. The common areas were terribly dirty. I think this is a hostel for people being put by the local council. I would never stay here again.
Amazing place to stay. Really well priced, rooms are large and have all facilities needed. The self serve all day breakfast is a fab idea.. along with use of white goods in the kitchen. Will definitely come back!!
My door was squeaking, the matras in room 1 was horrible, too soft. In room 8 the door couldn’t close! Room 12 was a sauna and the window couldn’t open. After practically begging the host fixed it. The host who was in charge was very rude and lacked polite communication. It unfortunately did not feel like a B&B
Excellent Hotel. Have stayed at 3 hotels in Croyden in consecutive years, while family attending the same event at Crystal Palace. This is by far the best. Check in was very friendly and helpful. Love the kitchen stocked with breakfast food that we can use 24hrs a day. Washing and drying facilities which we didn't use and shared fridge and freezer for our own food. Saved us a lot not to have to eat out every night. Room was warm, clean, comfortable. Plenty of electric sockets and complementary tea coffee, juice and biscuits. Shower powerful and very clean. Freeview on the TV and excellent strength WIFI. This suited us down to the ground.
Hello I stayed there for five nights...it was overall nice but they had iron beds which were not at all comfortable ....so the amount i paid was much more thn the comfort i recieved.
Top class, loft style studio and plenty of space and towels etc. Downstairs has kitchen and lounge with an all day "cook yourself' breakfast, juice cereals, bacon, sausage and eggs available at any time of the day, just help yourself. New style of accommodation and very popular.
Clean hotel, friendly staff and kitchen open all the time, help yuorself, or cook if want to! Have all facilities, i wud surely recommend this hotel, little far from Croydon east station, but bus n tram services near by..
loved the place, staff were nice, Kitchen is always clean bed is comfortable. I would definitely recommend itRooms: 5/5
Clean, well keep rooms with a hot shower and a comfortable bed. Make your own breakfast is different but nice to have what you want.
