A budget hotel with a five star service. The facilities may not be of the highest qualities but if you are looking for a hotel where you will reserve VIP treatment the Crystal Lodge is the place. Very friendly and helpful staff. The staff, especially George are willing to go extra miles to make guests comfortable. It a stone throw to train station and a bus corridor is just outside the hotel. Close to shops , Selhurst Park and most amenities.

Basic but clean, very reasonable price. Very friendly and helpful staff (George especially) - went out of their way to help us and were very friendly with the kids - help yourself breakfast but plenty of choice. Good location near station. Would use again.

Currently staying here, rooms are not secure, someone who was not a member of staff managed to unlock our room door and walk into the room at around 23.45 whilst I was trying to sleep. Walls are paper thin and can hear full blown conversations people were having in other rooms. Twin room is very cramped with no room to even walk around. Sockets in room don’t work. General cleanliness of the place is poor. Personally would not stay here again and would rate

It was disgusting, in room 5 there was a period stain on the mattrass, towels have yellow stains on them, the room was so small me and my boyfriend couldn’t even fit in the room. The bed was not as comfortable as was expected, the bath room had hair in the shower and in the sink and on the left behind bath soap. The staff charged an extra £10 jus to change a single room for a double, with upmost disrespect and ignorance it was unbelievable.
