For a clean warm no frills room this is fine. Have stayed a number of times now simply for the room overnight. Staff always appear cheerful and happy to help.

My wife and I stayed for one night, Friday 8th Sept '17. Would not stay again .. overwhelming smell of damp in restaurant, corridors and room. Must say staff were lovely and helpful, apart from one waitress, who, when my wife  said that her cod was not very well cooked  replied ' well, that's how we get it from our supplier'  Our bathroom was disgusting, thick limescale around bath taps, dirty grouting etc. This place  needs a serious once over ... very disappointed
