positively surprised by the atmosphere at the fleece, after years of being away i popped back with my old mate for a pint, turned out to be a few ‍, had lamb shank i definitely recommend, the staff was friendly and i want to say thank you again with this occasion, overall lovely place, definitely coming back!
We love this local pub, it's child friendly and also has a playground for the kids to play. Georgina the manager is so kind and always welcomes us. She's hosted both our little ones birthdays and we love coming here. Thanks so much to all the Fleece staff x
We went there after a funeral service to celebrate our beloved one with more than 50 people. The food and service was amazing. Personnel was really friendly and the place was clean and tidy and cosy. I'd recommend a visit
A lovely old pub overlooking Wanstead Flats. Good ales and very reasonably priced food. I just popped in for a pint on my way back from a walk. It always looks good at Christmas too when they have lights up around the bar. A bit of countryside charm in what is essentially East London. I've known the place since childhood and always visit when I'm over to see my family.
