Great outside space, in the sunshine right on a little square watching the world go by. Good selection of beers etc, only sat outside so didn't really see inside, that's for the locals. Friendly polite staff and the food I saw coming out looked lovely.Service: 5/5
Distinctly average, nice seats outside but a warm flat pint and an excess amount of off putting ‘warning signs and notices’ throughout. Wouldn’t return, not a welcoming environment or business that deserves return customAtmosphere: 3/5

This is a lovely country pub with character decoration, bar and extensive outside seating area. For those in and out of the area I'd highly recommend a visit here. Claire was amazing. She's bubbly, friendly and full of character. Her attentiveness to our dietary requirements was second to none and we felt safe and confident knowing the food was going to be well catered for... Speaking of which, the food, simply put was phenomenal. This has been one of the best meals out I've ever had! A right little Gem in Stamford.

Had a very nice lunch with my friend sat outside in the sunshine, chatted with some visitors to our beautiful town who were very impressed with thier meal as well.will definitely be returning soon
Huge portions, but honestly the worst quality meat I've eaten in a very long time Liver and Bacon. Sides and gravy are all convenience and not homemade. Wouldn't recommend the place, sorry.
Very good for the price. Would go again in the future
When our food arrived, it looked like quite small portions. But when we finished, it was filling! The price was average compared to others.
Had chilli con carne, with garlic bread, never had that before and tasted really wonderful.
