On arrival we were disappointed because the view we thought were getting was not like the one on the website. The view on the website is from the Studio Apartment I think. We had the apartment flat . But we would go back because it is very comfortable and very clean. It is also very secure. We felt very safe with keypad code to get into the building itself, then electronic card entry at all doors. The bed was lovely and comfortable and bathroom was acceptable. The only down side apart from the view was little touches like.no tea towels,no mirror for wife. It also took us about 20 minutes to work out what the password for WiFi was. It needs to be printed not written free hand. But all in all I'd recommend this place.
Good -Location -Cleanliness Bad - A restaurant is just below it and the food smell can be very strong when they operate and reach the top floor - We were at the 7th floor and if the people smoke on the 6th floor you can not open the windows - Can not do video calls, WFH, or Netflix, there internet connectivity is very bad 2mbps in rooms - Their online payment system is poor. When we paid online due to an error on their website the payment success flag did not go through to their system however my credit card was charged. They did not believe this claiming that my bank has done something wrong and our systems are 100% fine. I had to invest lot of time and effort to give supporting documents to prove this point and even wanted to involve the police. It was not in a good taste at all. If you are stuck with them on this topic be prepared. Overall avoid this group of apartments Reply towards Native Response in the interest of future travellers. 1. The payment systems can fail I am glad you do understand that now. However the way you and your staff handled this situation was horrible. 2. We never prevented anyone to come into our apartment to correct the issue. However the only troubleshooting that was done was check at speedtest and we will get back to you 3. We never extended the stay due to our wish however we were stuck to resolve charge on my credit card and had to let go of a very good offer in city because of it and not to mention the time we spent explaining you guys the situation and gathering the paper work took away lot of time that could have been spent otherwise for no fault of ours. I strongly do NOT recommend this place.
We stayed in a studio in Tower Hill. The apartment was fine and provided us what we needed but missed things like cushions on the sofas which were very hard and uncomfortable. The area is really noisy so at night we couldn’t leave our windows open to sleep. We attempted to use the air con to help us sleep better in the night as it got really warm with the windows closed and it was broken. I had to report the issue 3 times before anyone came out to check it. They confirmed to me someone would come out but I never received confirmation they did or that it was fixed and I didn’t want to have to keep chasing them. The customer service we experienced wasn’t very good and everything from booking to reporting issues seemed hard work. It all felt very impersonal and I felt like an inconvenience rather than a paying customer.
Pros - Great Location - Close to tube - Vibrant area - Well fitted apartment - Air con - Good double glazing - Friendly staff Cons - There is a building site next door as of 12/09/21 and seems like they still have a bit to do. It's very noisy from about 8am. - There is a club round the corner open until 2 & people park outside the Native building and make a lot of noise when leaving the club mon-Sun. - Wifi isn't great. - Lift breaks reguarly
This is okay place to stay, with good connectivity to underground. Covers all basic amenities like washing machine, disagree washer, microwave oven, iron, hair dryer, TV and cooking utensils. Room size is comparatively okay. Internet is good. But confusing to locate. It's just next to The Rajasthan Hotel. There's no reception, so on booking you need to check your mail to get in. Further, you can call their monument branch for any assistance.
Lots of space but smells like a Abercrombie & Fitch store. For a London hotel, you can't beat the space. Pros: It's very roomy. There is a full kitchen with dishes and pots, a washing machine, separate living room and sleep quarters. Even the bathroom is roomy. The floors are laminate but I prefer it to carpet, and the decor is modern enough. Cons: It smells like Abercrombie & Fitch dropped a bomb in it. It permeates through the vents, and it's all over the walls and counters. If you're allergic to perfumes, this is not the place for you. Also, there is a 4-digit door code for the front door, which they changed while I was staying here. It's bad enough remembering one 4-digit code but then I had to remember another one. Oh, and they only come by to clean once a week. If you stay less than one week, you're stuck with the same towel all week. The area of London is mostly commercial so quite dead in the evenings. Depending on who you are, you might like it or hate it.
