Amazing company to let from easy and smooth experience lots of properties to let in salou and surrounding areas. Highly recommended.
Swimming pool opens only in June so don't go thinking it's open all year round. Staff are not helpful, the fridge stopped working in the middle of our holiday and they couldn't send anyone to sort it out.
Would never book there again. House was not as shown on pictures. Garden was not maintained. A lot of things in the house and garden were broken. In the end we were charged 47€ from our deposit because of something that was already broken upon arrival. They say we should have claimed that within 48 h after arrival. To do so we would have had to claim something within every single room!
Easy to find main office & collection of keys, apartment was good with nice balcony & close to beach. Only minor issue was wifi, €12 a day for 1 gig is Very expensive but wifi free in most bars/restaurants so not that big a problem. Would definitely book with them again
The office was in Salou 15-30 min by car. Only one key to the apartment, it got lost by previus renters and it took 12 days to make a copy. We paid around 2500 euro for one apartment for 21 day stay and that was with a discount 4 families staying together, so that is around 10.000 eiro total. If you want wifi you pay 12 euro a day!! That is 252 euro for my stay. No microwave got it on day 12 after complaining. Service was awfull, we had a baby with us and needed a bed and a chair that was 100 euro for 21 days, and the chair was broken when we got it. The heating tub in the apartment made this hi pitch sound now and then, we complainted but they did nothing. The bottom line is that i am never useing this service ever again...
We booked our holiday at UHC for several years now. The fact we kept coming back says it all! Great locations, great accomodations, perfect service! Always happy and carefree holidays! We highly recommend it without hesitation!
Very helpful staff with prompt response to any queries. Prices are very fair and no hidden extras which is refreshing . Easy key collection etc . Would totally recommend
We always book our flights and villas independently and used UHC for the first time this year for our September 2019 vacation in Miami Platja. I have to say their communication, advise, experience and customer focus was superb. They confirmed all payments clearly and provided step by step guides to locate the villa, with photographs/directions. We had a couple of small issues at the villa when we arrived couple of light bulbs out, stiff locks the UHC maintenance team were there within 24 hours and fixed all issues immediately with a smile. If we holiday around any area UHC manage, we will definitely use their services, for piece of mind and professionalism. The €600 security deposit was paid back into our account within 5 days of our return to the UK. We highly recommend UHC. Thank you for your assistance throughout
