Excellent stay, wonderful apartment perfect for a family of 4 and the doggie. The service was faultless and we were well looked after., nothing was too much trouble. Location is perfect great for walks, and wandering down to Kendington. Easy access to tubes and bus is just near. Always a pleasure at Hapimag Rooms: Great for a family, plenty of space and all the facilities you need. Lift available and all easily accessible. Nearby activities: Hyde Park, Kensington palace, Kensington high street, paddington, lots of shops and places to eat and drink within walking distance. Walkability: Everything close by, bus, tube, parks, shops, restaurants and bars... Within a few minutes walk.
Lovely apartment in a peaceful location. Opposite Hyde Park. Great for walking to tourist sites and close to tube stations too. Only downside was that bins hadn't been emptied in bathroom and cheese left on a knife.

Very nice hotel indeed definitely up there 5 Stars clean the areas nice in fact I used to live up this way around the corner from the Queen and that's no lie if you don't believe me the road was called Castle Lane in Victoria to keep following the road round you'll end up Buckingham Palace that was also a nice place
Excellent apartment and staff. Better than photos, very elegant and efficient, fully equipped, best stay in London ever, looking forward to staying at Hapimag London again.

Staff is extremely kind and helpful. Apartments newly refurbished, very nice and clean.
