We were very dissappointed with onefinestay. We were provided with a dirty property that did not initially have access to the entire property as promised in the listing. On top of that, their staff took one of the sets of keys and ended up charging us more than 1000 pounds to replace the keys. This after gaslighting us that they didn't take them. The property was in a decent location, but the service and experience was horrible.
We used one fine stay for a family holiday for our mom’s 80th birthday. We booked the well over 8 months in advance and we did get a bit nervous when a week before the trip they contacted us with an issue about the place that we first booked. I have to say we all thought “here we go we are about to get screwed.” But I must say that we were pleasantly surprised how well Hamish handled the situation. Not only did he find us a very nice suitable place but he also saved us money and gave us a very nice welcome basket. Thank you for helping make our moms 80th birthday memorable
The apartment is good but the problem was with one fine stay, if I know in the future that they are the host I will not rent for sure, it started when they sent me a message saying that Dennis is going to check instead of me, and I don't know who's that person and never informed them that!!! After the third day of my stay , door bell rang and man asking to get in to search for lost property from previous gust he presented him self as a member from one fine stay, when I insisted on receiving an official email from his company before letting him in, he disappeared. after contacting the customer care to tell them about that incident they offer me tickets worth £75 to be refunded as an apology , but they never refunded it indeed. They offered a complementary cleaning I believed they are sending them for spaying on the gusts the housekeeper was taking pictures of our luggage's and that sounds very creepy and fishy, I have been never seen like that before!! One fine stay representative told my that's the policy of the company!!!! I believe that's invading the gusts privacy , wort host ever
Airy apartment, very clean, and in a good location. Contact with One Fine Stay staff was good. One minor request made at the time of booking was not taken into account, but One Fine Stay offered to rectify it within a day. We were there six nights and had a comfortable stay.Rooms: 4/5
We recently rented an apartment in central London from One Fine Stay. The apartment was comfortable, well-equipped, and in a great location at the edge of Bloomsbury within walking distance of theater, museums, the Thames, and lots of good dining. We were particularly pleased with the One Fine Stay London service team, who were friendly and responsive. They helped arrange transportation, gave us a walk-through of the apartment and dealt with a plumbing issue as soon as possible. We would work with them again for a future stay.
Onefinestay impressed from the outset with their responsiveness to enquiries and their level of information and service. The property was exceptionally well presented, and we appreciated being met onsite to go through all the amenities. We booked with Onefinestay after being let down at the last minute by another big-name accommodation provider for a stay that had already been confirmed. It turned out to be a cloud with a silver lining - Onefinestay were on the ball from the outset which was incredibly reassuring given the stress of having lost other accommodation only days out from our trip. We will only book through Onefinestay next time.
If I could give zero stars I would. We are unable to enter the UK due to a party member having COVID and this group is refusing to honor their REFUNDable rate we picked even though we canceled at 50 hours to go since their check is in 4 pm in the afternoon. They will not honor a written contract and are not even offering a credit for a future stay which would have been fine with us. So now we have to go the route of disputing the transaction. Good thing our bank is in the US. Dont use these guys
If you are look for an empathetic and customer oriented company give this one a miss. Zero stars! I am, after some time still angry that due to Covid issues this company refused to return any or all the money they collected for a 6 week stay in London. Clearly other have suffered the same fate. Shame on Accor for owning this company. It reflects badly on the entire group.
Onefinestay have been great to deal with - 5 star service through the whole booking experience, they have gone above & beyond to assist me! Will be using againRooms: 5/5
Shocking company - cancelled the reservations within 3 days of arrival and still took the payment.Service: 1/5
