Bad check-out experience ! For the past 4 years this place was our go to place whenever visiting London, however, the new front desk staff are not supportive as the previous ones. We booked 2 apartments for almost 20 days, we requested a delayed check-out for one of the apartments to have things sorted out. Instead of 11 am to be at least 1 pm, the answer was No, not possible we are fully booked we need to service the apartment. This is not convincing, period between check-out 11 am and check-in 3 pm of next guest is 4 hours. I have experienced this place so many times to know that servicing the apartment merely takes half an hour to an hour from the staff ! No next visit for us to this place unless check-out policy is revised to be as hotels standards!
My favorite place to stay in London! The staff are truly excellent! And their prices are seriously fantastic. Very accommodating , friendly, and helpful. They truly care, and go above and beyond to make me feel at home. Especially Yousef While I was quarantining, he would bring my deliveries to my door. When parking outside, he came out just to tell me the best place to stop, as well as the free times 6:30 pm - 8:00 am. The location is perfect, safe, and all the museums are literally a 2 minute walk. Hyde park is also several minutes away. They also have cleaning services 3 times a week. Included in the price. The apartments with balconies are beautiful, with a great layout. A nice kitchen fully stacked, good sofas with a big flatscreen in each room, with surround sound in the living room, which has a coffee table and small dining table for four. Cosy ambiance, a soft bed, and hotel slippers. What more can I ask for? Perfection.
We felt the room was overpriced and not good value. Not recommended. We were uncomfortable providing multiple IDs to be photocopied privately though we presented them for verification and were treated with suspicion. Their GDPR / data protection policies did not seem up to date.
Central location and style worth the price. Walked everywhere and when needed taxi was only 5 pounds to theatre etc. Great selection of newspapers for free. Nice coffee and good kitchen . Nice temperature with heating. Shower was good but loved the bath with toiletries with a lovely smell. Kitchen with dishwasher etc easy to use. Out side terrace had lovely views over the Kensington area. So close to Museums parks and good shops . Even a local market for fresh food. Very quiet but public transport such as underground and buses very close.
Beautiful place, amazing view from the balcony. The service is good. Highly recommend these apartments.
Very nice apartments. Friendly service and they are very responsive even before I arrived with very quick email replies. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen is very nice, comes with waaher/dryer and even dishwasher! Great location with Natural Museum of History at rhe corner, 2 tube stations nearby.
One of the worst apartment I have ever stated in very very dirty. I was scammed, how could this be 5 start appointments!! I don’t recommend this at all
