Some very dangerous and rude drivers who seem to know when they are doing it but care so little about the people they impact. If you drive for a living and cannot do that properly and don't care that is pretty poor. I watched one pull out on my colleague this morning, the taxi driver was clearly in the wrong, rather than even acknowledge his mistake he smiled and waved. Think that says it all. My suggestion is consider avoiding this firm until the average score goes up.

We just got off now from THIS HORRIBLE A1 taxi 248000 076, we drop off my daughter to Lady Margaret Hall and I asked that horrible driver if we could get the same taxi going back to bus station coz anyways we are just dropping my daughter off. I even said it twice loud and clear. My 6 year old son was wondering why are we still not going. I asked him few times as well if we are not going yet. He pretended not hearing me. The 3rd time I asked he got angry and said I thought we are waiting for the girl. I said to him once again what I said we just drop her off and he keeps on and on. And we arrived at our destination he asked me £14 coz we waited. SORRY I WOULD NEVER GIVE EXTRA FOR HIS FOOLISHNESS. I JUST GAVE HIM £10 WHICH IS THE NORMAL COST FOR THE DESTINATION.

Horrible service. I rang in to book a taxi as I work as a busy hotel receptionist. I thought that was pathetic operator no clue about anything. I asked him for a taxi to the Trout please. Oh. what's the post code? I said The trout in Wolvercote. He paused. Then I said one on Godstow Road. "Oh The Trout Inn" he said. Jesus Who's it for? I said for "Anna". He then asked what's her room number? and then he asked was it for four more passengers. Provided that I told him it was for two. The service was appalling. Seriously haven't got the time to fool around with operators. Please don't use this!

Ordered a black cab because of luggage but they send a normal car from royal cars instead. Got charged 10 pounds for a 2 km trip including a 5 pound luggage fee. Rip off. Better to stay away
