I can see being a legal and considerate road user isn’t a requirement to become a driver. It would be great if they people you employed were aware it’s dangerous to drive an inch behind people and I don’t care how much your driver wants to get to their destination, I’m not driving at speed through a puddle because it may cause them an inconvenience.

Partner has booked 4 times in last 4 wks using their app (booked night b4) 3/4 times they’ve been so late that I’ve had to take him to the train station at 6am, I’ve been ill which is why we were booking Taxi in first place. Best bit they’ve still charged partners card and we have to write to them to get it back!

The way the driver (NAEEM) with a thick Indian accent in black 9 seater Mercedes treated us, the customer, was utterly disgraceful. When we got to the destination I had to fiddle with the app because it was my first time using the service and I was unaware I had to have my mobile data and app on to complete the payment on the spot rather than the app automatically taking the money off. If anyone's interested, I was charged £5.7 for 2.5 miles (10 minute journey). First, his instructions were difficult to understand (his English wasn't great). Then when I managed to make the payment, instead of a thank-you, he literally said, "You wasted my time," only because I needed clarification on how to pay and spent an extra couple of minutes with him! I had never been spoken to by any driver as rudely as by this man. He should not be in a customer-facing job, at least with his current level of training. In any case, there's no way I will use this company again.

its better to go by walk rather then booking thier taxi waited for so long and taxi did not arrive better not to use them again
