What an utter dump, lucky to get one star! The donuts were cooked in oil that can't have been changed in ages, it was filthy looking and full of dirt. The donuts themselves were dark brown and stodgy. I asked for my money back and was refused, the reply was on the lines of..nothing wrong with them, you've paid for them so you may as well eat them. I literally paid £3.50, was handed a bag of filthy stodge and put them straight into the bin. Well done to some thug looking owner who should be breaking up boulders rather than trying hospitality. His wife was also involved but didn't care either. Neither of this pair of woeful operators want to be there, if this is the case then what's the hygiene like? Wearing normal clothes, no aprons or hats. First impressions are very poor. Amateurs with arrogance, they'll how far! Want quality, go elsewhere.
I loved this place, delicious hot chocolate and donuts and the staff is super friendly. If I go back to Southend I will definitely visit the place specially in winter
6 donuts for £5 seemed steep with no sauce to accompany , cooked well and tasted good
Brilliant food, by the looks of it it's a family run business. We all enjoyed our breakfast.
By far the best donuts in Southend. It's the perfect start or end to your visit at Southend. Or if you're me, both.
Service was fast and pleasant. The doughnuts tasted as awesome as ever.
