The best English breakfast in Southend-on-Sea. Great location: terrace in front of Warrior Square garden and 2 steps away from the high street. The food is amazing. It's a English family run business. They're very friendly and it's great value for money. I eat there often, and love it!  Parking: There's plenty of parking space just in front of the caffè.  Kid-friendliness: It's a terrace. Everyone's welcome! Specially with a garden in front of the caffè...  Wheelchair accessibility: There's no barriers.

Didn't actually stop. Didn't seem inviting. Seating inside looks like it could take possibly 10 and was bunched together with about 4 elderly people spread out. It looks like it might have been some club meeting. Then the seating outside was half full with smokers. So, it's not really an issue with the cafe. Just the clientèle at the time of our visit.

Great food great service. The people there was lovely : Highly recommend! Lovely park next to it. Good place to chill and have a coffee or food.

Had an afternoon brunch with my girlfriend and her mum. Decided to go to glasshouse cafe and i was so surprised. We decided to sit outside on the decking area. There was a speaker playing some music which was creating a lovely atmosphere and was loud enough to create this but quiet enough to have a full conversation. When we ordered we had a latte and two cans, and had decided to order some food. I had an omelette and chips, which were homemade to order, and my girlfriend and her mum had jackets potatoes with tuna and cheese. The food was hot and delicious and the staff serving were kind and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Service was a little slow but well worth the wait. I highly recommend this venue and give a 5 star rating. Amazing establishment.

Breakfast hot & delicious. Owners very welcoming  & efficient. Locals very frfiendly. Good atmosphere. My daughter g was welcomed too . I’ only stayed in the area for 3 days. Would definitely recommend.Food: 5/5

Cannot stand the woman singing for hours this Saturday. Music and terrible covers blasting all day. Please make it stop. There is NO escape. It isn’t fair to subject passing civilians and residents to this. I would say it’s comedic entertainment but there is nothing funny about torture.

Travelled from Donny to work in the area for four days. It's been years since I've had cooled breakfasts like this for a great price. Amazing food, great drinks and very friendly staff. Shame I live 3 hours away as I would eat here more often. Hopefully I'll see them again!
