Good food, good atmosphere, fair prices.

If i could of gave no stars i would have First time i have been to this cafe and i was served out of date off sausges when i told a member of staff she got the manager/chef who came out with £2 when i told him i didnt not want money back just was conerned that he was serving off food and would have like an apology he was very rude and told me that i was wrong and showed me a new pack of sausages ( unopened ) not the ones he had served me !! Overall i am disgusted with the way he spoke to me and the fact that i was served off meat not a very good way to run a business !! I will never eat there again !!

Ordered today really good hot lovely food and they really do value they're customers as they even called and sent a letter to say sorry, thanks you have kept me as a customer

Normally really good not so good this time ordered and there was one item missing they then delivered it said it had been reheated on hot plate it was stone cold not nice also ordered a panini cheese and onion it was a ciabatta that had no cheese or onion in it whats happened your normally really good???
