Staff don't listen although polite. All young which is fine, however order comes out wrong because they don't check when ordering. Very annoying. Chap was clearing a table for example. I asked for a small plate. He said certainly. He went back to kitchen area. No plate came out with him. We had to go and remind him we had requested a plate. Not good enough.

Took my son for donuts here on Sunday. Staff took ages to serve me outside and when they did they looked bored and fed up. Asked for 7 donuts..when they came out the bag looked really greasy. We walked up to the arcades and sat on a bench to eat them. On seeing them I noted they were very dark in colour and looked burnt and the sugar had concealed into a thick brown slime. My son picked one up and it fell apart and inside was thick dark brown goo that was basically congealed dirty oil. Each one was the same. Absolutely disgusting! Threw them in the bin. CLEAN YOIR OIL!! Not impressed at all and won't be going back.
