Rented a van to take my family camping. The vehicle was clean and modern, and the service was fantastic. Very accommodating and straight forward. Will definitely be using Gibbs again for all my road trip hires.

Hired a car here for our trip around the Highlands and Islands. Travelling from London, we found Gibbs via a google search after the larger more well known hire prices have gone through the roof. The service here was excellent from the initial call, to booking and pick up/return. Wouldn’t hesitate to hire again, was given a brand new Kia which was a great drive.

Just handed back my second Gibbs' hire but this time had to report a small scratch on a front corner. On the couple of occasions this has happened with major rental companies it's been both a serious documentation song and dance and a financial sting but at Gibbs it was service- and customer-focused. They are absolutely my 'go to' car rental company these days. Thank you!

Had a fabulous experience with Gibbs - very easy to book a vehicle, quick and comprehensive contact with the staff prior to confirmation of booking. My first time using Gibbs and definitely not the last  Quick to respond with a phone call to my availability enquiry for a 5 day MWB Van Hire.  Easy email process to send across ID and DVLA Code.  Friendly staff at point of pick up, with great automation sending vehicle condition pictures by email.  Van was very clean, in great condition and a pleasure to drive.  Return process pretty much a mirror of pick up - quick, friendly, and efficient.  No hesitation recommending Gibbs
