Can be pricey but the quality is good. I find the sizes are a bit different from the usual, a bit roomier and longer. When I buy on sale it's the best deal. They have 15% student discount and with the app is 5% off every purchase. Staff is always helpful.
Shop is nice and clean everything is sorted no messy racks prices are clear and offers are easily presenter. Staff are very friendly and approach you to let you know of any special offers and ways to save more money by using there app which they help you setup. Overall great experience
Visited gap on New year's Eve,as Always this has been a good quality clothing store with great sales, what I didn't enjoy though was having to listen to the member of staff upstairs in the kid's section whilst in the queue to pay, moan to her colleague who was serving customers at the time on the tills, this member of staff in the grey top should know that customer's can hear you airing your laundry, we Also as customers don't expect your staff to have faces like thunder when customers present, like that member of staff did. I have said this Many times before, decent customer service I believe is dead now, not just here,but everywhere.
Not a huge variety of clothing to suit everyone's needs, staff are also quite unresponsive and you have to get their attention if you want help, could maybe use some better training before dealing with customers or busy periods. However location is quite good if you're just looking to pop in and see/buy something you like and is easily accessible.
Always helpful assistants, great clothes & great offers. My only irritation is when staff chat to each other at the till when they are serving you as if you aren’t there that happened again today. Otherwise it would’ve been a 5*
Right at tge top of the bullring its in a great location. I love Gap! Mostly for my kids clothes but I do love shopping there for me and the ol` man too! Literally everything in that shop, I want to buy for my boys. They usually have some amazing offers on too if you're always looking for a bargin. I can always find what I'm looking for because unlike so many other clothes stores, the clothes are actually on the rails and not the floor! Staff are always polite and friendly and if you can't find something, ask. They'll be more than happy to have a look around for you or suggest an alternative. Great shop for kids, men and women. Great quality clothing too! There is a lift in store for anyone with a pushchair, wheelchair or unable to take the two flights of stairs to other floors.
13th April went to this store , a sign should Go up "enter at your own risk"! My sister bought an item and was served by the manager whose service was appalling . He made no acknowledgement gave a cold shoulder simply rude.
Big store but the staff were not very friendly or helpful. I mentioned that I had saw a shirt online but couldn't see it in store and asked staff member . Her reply was if you can't see it we haven't got it not really the reply I expected
Everyone knows GAP, no need for me to explain. There is a sale on at the moment; a big sign stating this fact, however there are 2 small rails, at the back of the shop allocated to sale item's, even then these items are not nice at all. Not worth a visit!
Fantastic place, little gold mine.. got lots of clothes for kids, jackets, hoodies, tracksuit bottoms, jeans and massive discounts saved over £65 happy days
