They have got some very nice cloths and shoes collection. Shop is very nicely managed and staff is very friendly. Go and shop from here.
They got some good sales on at the moment. Just the que time was long, was in the que longer than I was shopping. To many people on returns, think it would have been a good idea having one person dedicated to returns so that the other cashiers can deal with payments. Overall staff friendly and happy with purchase.
To be honest with you I don't even want to give this store a 1* rating but 'Google reviews' does not give me the option of giving a 0 star review. Where do I start.. Myself and wife went to this store to pick some stuff for our daughter we have ordered online during the sale. Got the tills downstairs and the cashier said they only do click and collect upstairs. Went upstairs and there was a long line formed with only 2 people on the till. Finally got to the front of the line and then it took another 35 minutes to get 1 of our parcels which is unacceptable as my wife is heavily pregnant and people generally click and collect as it it is convenient. They had lost our other parcel and I asked for a full refund. Poor customer service, run by kids with a clue in the world.
I am very disappointed with the quality and service provided. Very bad customer service by the shift manager at River Island Fort Shopping Centre Birmingham. First, he refused the manufacturer defect item to be returned, and then he even refused to give his name. I'm not happy with the quality of the jeans, which had a colour run from the stitches to the jeans. Also, I'm not happy with the River Island policy of not challenging the manager's decision.
Lovely store and very pleasant shopping experience. Considering I visited over the Christmas period and it was very hectic, the staff were still very friendly, fully of life and enthusiastic! particularly the ladies on the tills
False advertising on your opening times then on top of it staff attitude was just pure rude saying they don’t do Google and refusing to help, no customer service skills what so ever
Very bad customer service I went there at 9am and they told me they open up at 9:30 and when I showed her the opening hours on there website Which clearly says 9am she started giving me attitude and using abusive language, I will be taking this further to the head office!!
I was extremely disappointed with the fact that I went to shop in river island then had someone in the store steal my phone within a minute of getting off the phone, which is not the store's fault but it was how shocking it was to find they had no cctv for who had just been next to me or walked out of the store in the last few minutes. For a store that has a lot of cameras especially in the area I was stood, its absolutely pointless if these are for decoration.I just do not feel this is a safe store and will be shocking if I find myself back here again due to lack of security and how the situation was handled. I expect absolutely nothing from this, just warning everyone else to be careful with their items cause I wouldn't wish what happened to me today to happen to anyone else.
A lovely shop and range of clothes that my daughter loves. Helpful and friendly staff that made shopping as a male for girls clothes very relaxing
My daughter loves shopping here. Friendly staff and lots of choice. Parking is a pain and it can take a while to find a space. I never find anything I would feel comfy in guess more for teens to 40 than older generation.
