The hatman provided a very personal and bespoke service in creating a flat cap for my wedding made from an extra pair of suit trousers thereby completing my overall look for my special day, the staff are very passionate and keen to do well when it comes to bespoke hat making! thank you Hatman!

Not only plenty choices of hat but also great customer services. I went there to buy gifts for my dad, my grandpa, and myself without knowledge about the English-style hat. I brought it home and my family love it very much. The lady and gentleman provided me good suggestions and they were very friendly. I am definitely going to visit to this shop again.

Customer service is exemplary at this hat store in the heart of Birmingham. There is an extensive range of hats to pick from. There are of the course the obligatory selection of Peaky Blinder style hats at the home of those fictious Small Heath based gangster types. For the more discerning customer they stock Panama hats. In fact they have hats for all occasions. Pop in, look around and purchase a hat from a local business.
Really friendly and knowledgable staff with a great selection of well priced very good quality hats. I've been visiting and using hatman for a couple of years. my only problem is he refuses to move to manchester lol.
