I have been a long time customer of Monsoon but in the last few years the quality has really come down. This year again I bought a jumper with coller and I liked it because it is nice and warm but after wearing it within 2days all the fiber is up like it was old worn out. I paid £60 and now in the sale is £30. I will have to stop shopping at monsoon for the worst quality ever now.

I have searched a lot of shops and this is the only place that does great party style clothes for children. After my go to place Debenhams closed I tend to shop here. I prefer seeing the items before purchasing, instead of buying blindly online. Some of the party clothes are also machine washable which is essential for me as my kids seems to ruin their clothes minutes after putting them on. Well recommend.
Only this Monsoon/Accessorize remaining in Birmingham now Grand Central. Solihull and Bull Ring branches are now closed.
This store is quite far from where I live but I travelled there yesterday because they’re such a great team and I’m so grateful to them for helping me with my bridesmaid dresses issue.
Not bad. Prices are reasonable. Its really easy to walk round at the moment due to the current Coronavirus pandemic that is gripping the world right now. Staff are really helpful and polite. They don't mind helping with anything you need. Please do remember to wear a mask though, its for your safety as well as theirs
I just love Monsoon clothes and it's always a pleasure to pop into the Birmingham store to actually take a look and feel the items which I almost always have to order online. Great store!
This review is actually for the Accesorize shop linked to Monsoon, I buy there very often and love their selection of jewellery. I bought a silver necklace and unfortunately the chain broke within days of wearing it. I brought it back to the shop and they replaced it immediately, no questions asked. Lovely and caring staff.
I went to monsoon today and wanted to purchase a dress for my niece. I took the dress to the counter and this dress was clearly in the sale but it didn't have a mark down price on it it however the exact same dress in different sizes were all marked down to £22.50. The woman at the counter told me that I would have to pay £50 for the dress even though it was clearly in the sale. Even after I showed her the same dress with the marked down price she still refused to sell this dress to me. She said staff had made a mistake with pricing. I was very disappointed because I needed that dress for Christmas and I went into town especially for it. I asked if she could check with her manager and she said her manager will say the same thing as her, so theres no point in asking.I feel as though I was discriminated against because the dress was on sale and this woman did not want to sell it to me for that price for some reason. She did not apologise to me and I just left the store very upset and unsatisfied.
Located conveniently in the new 'Grand Central' New Street station. Went to buy children's clothes for a wedding. Found a better collection of party/wedding children's clothes, as when compared to other high street shops. Friendly and efficient staff! Will definitely visit again!!
