I'm on a contract where after 2 years I own my phone - and then get an offer for an upgrade, leaving me with an unwanted phone. Took it in and these guys gave me a very competitive quote. Needed the phone for an hour so they could check it worked etc, I came back later and they paid me in full what they quoted. Great service, very friendly, I'd recommend them to anyone left with an unwanted phone lying around.
Amazing experience. Incredibly helpful and friendly staff who go above and beyond. Good value for money- I have been coming to this shop for years, never has an issue.
Staff are rude and not helpful. Took my sons switch in to get a quote if it can be fixed they told me someone will call me same day 3 days passed still no call so I rang to find out what was going on and they still couldn't tell me what was wrong and giving me different prices after I said I want the switch back they put the phone down on me so rude will never go back
Had a virus on my phone, Liam was amazing had my phone sorted and ready to go within 5 mins very good service would recommend 100%
I just went to fix upper speaker for the phone, the guy took less than a minute and did not even asked for any moneywhat a service,fabulous highly recommended, its not the first phone i have taken there,never went anywhere else after!!!
1 Star Unfortunately here guys - £210 for a phone repair - not bad if they use original parts which was agreed - was advised by their techinician it was all original parts - clearly not feels plastic when it should be solid glass he was talking to me about some gel they use etc. not sure he if he was trying convince himself it is not the original parts the same a replacement screen was what i was after quality is 1 out of 10 - Would i go back - Avoid - NO !

I have done more than one purchase in this store Chadwell Heath and always I have left the store happy. Mona and Harinder been really helpful and she advised with the best. I would really recommand this store and ask for Mona. Excellent customer service.
Needed a screen replacement on my iPhone, was replaced and despite an initial glitch, was rectified with no hassle. Great customer service and reasonable prices. Will be coming back for my future techie needs now that I’ve found a reliable local business.
