Love this store!  Suzanne worked diligently to make my purchase happen and then shipped it out immediately so I could receive it just within my timeline. I added some shutters to complete the look. It's definitely a show-stopper in this room! Thank you, Suzanne! You're the best!

Really disappointed to have received a parcel which we discovered later to be damaged inside the box. Unfortunately as they have a strict 24 hour policy for notifying them of any damage we now have a picture large frame with broken glass.  The box is that big that it could not be lifted out by my wife on her own. We did not have chance to look at it for 1 week, the La Maison's strict 24 hour policy will mean that we would in future purchase from a retailer with a more sensible approach to the matter. The box was not damaged so we had no reason to suspect that there were any issues.  It was also not identified as being breakable. I suspect that the box was sent straight from a distributor and was not even seen at the retail outlet. Shame as the item looked great. Please make sure your check your purchases immediately when they arrive to avoid disappointment.

Very helpful staff and excellent service. My order came into stock within one working day and delivery was arranged at a time that was convenient to me. A completely hassle free purchase of some lovely items. Would definitely recommend.

Not great if you have any problems with an order, was all nice until a tv unit I had paid nearly £300 for turned up damaged, had to return could sense the attitude of not been happy that I wanted a refund, then receives an awful email once the item is received back blaming me for even more damage to the item, when it was actually the courier which I had to find out myself, as they had not even checked this info first before blaming myself
Was absolutely disgusted. Would not recommend due to this bad customer service and the way I was spoken too. I was worried I would not receive a refund after a phone call to them as they were saying it was my word against there's about the way the item was sent back.
Really can't beleive you run a buisness and speak to customers in that way.
Never leave reviews normally but have never been spoken to like that from anyone who I have out trust in to order something then go on the way they did.
