Came here on a Tuesday evening with some friends and had the all you can eat menu. The structure of the menu is great as you start off with soups and appetisers before moving onto mains. Just be aware once you’ve had enough appetisers you can’t order more when you start ordering your mains.nnThe food was presented nicely and what I like is the portions. The staff here really care about waste and do pre warn if you are concerned about portion sizes. When you order the refillable drinks, the staff ensure you always have a drink too!nnIf you are not full, take a look at the fridge full of desserts as you enter the restaurant!nnOverall I was very pleased with the experience and can’t wait to come back again!
Came here many many years ago, it’s changed hands many times since. We gave it a try tonight and are very glad we did. Chose the all you can eat menu, the food was excellent and as advertised, it is all you can eat. Reasonably priced with a refillable soft drink and £4 for a very good pint. Attentive and fast service by knowledgeable, friendly staff. Great job and we will see you again soon.
Went with some friends visiting from Australia after being recommended by a family member so we were a little apprehensive but needn’t have worried we had the all you can eat and it really is all you can eat with the staff offering further food all the time, the only rule being once you have moved onto main you cannot go back to starters which is fair enough.nWe found this a great concept because the dishes are all cooked fresh and is a very high quality. Great staff lovely surroundings and a fair price five stars all around will definitely be back.
The restaurant experience is very good however the takeaway service is terrible. Ive been waiting just over 1 hour for my food so I rang the restaurant to see what’s happening only to be told by a member of staff “ its just going in the kitchen it will be 30 minutes “ firstly she didn’t ask my name or address so how does she know it was going to be 30 minutes ?? When telling her my address I was told yes yes and she put the phone down . The staff need much better customer service training and taught better manners otherwise they will be losing my custom in the future
I would highly recommend this restaurant. We choose the all you can eat option. Not only is the food served up on hot plates but it's delicious tasting. The staff at Furama are warm and welcoming and will go out of their way in providing a great dining experience. The atmosphere and the interiors are smart and everywhere is spotlessly clean. . Thanks for a great evening.
