Disgusting. Attitude of driver unacceptable apparently he was not insured to deliver to our front door (on 3rd floor of block of flats). Food very cold, had to re heat everything. Missing a good chunk of the order. No apology. Attitude of receptionist also bad. How can they be a delivery service when they can't deliver to your door. We were told that we had to go downstairs to get our food. Apparently he text me to say that he had been waiting there for 15 minutes when my phone records say it was 5 minutes. Only gave them 1 star because we couldn't leave a review otherwise. If not wouldn't have even got that.

The food is not in question here as first rate. The Biryani I had was first rate with an excellent sauce. A touch on the expensive side but along with the run of the mill Indian meals that are found everywhere they do one or to specials not seen before. Just see the menu. The only problem for me is that tables are a touch tight to each other and feel that bumb in the back quite often. If that does not both you then this along with Nirvana about 1/2 mile towards castle are as good as it gets.

Went here for a meal with a friend, they go here all the time and say it's the best Indian around... I was a little disappointed I ordered a hot chicken Balti and it wasn't hot and was a little bland. The staff where really good and I would definitely give this place another try.

Shameful! Food arrived via driver with blaring booming music 30 minutes late Touched food containers and they were stone cold opened food food was colder!! Called the restaurant and told them the food was cold ! they told me well the food comes from the kitchen fresh it must have gone cold on the delivery and asked us to warm the food up!!! to which I told them we don’t have a microwave as we don’t reheat food or use a microwave to which he laughed and said put it in the oven ! I said the food was late and would like fresh food sent out to which they said They can’t becuase they are busy and offered 50% off next order which to be honest why would I reorder after this experience ! So he once again said reheat the food eat that and we will send new food but it won’t be there for over an hour! Disgraceful customer service ! Won’t be ordering again after a long shift and a treat night for my family it was ruined by this Thanks

Always been good food (not been in 6 months tho) Not the cheapest, but very tasty
