I've been a regular for a while and always happy with Best Kebab. However recently there have been some problems. I have got to the bottom of it by talking to them on the phone. The man that packs the orders is not packing drinks. Twice now I have been without a drink. So I rang and asked why. He said it was his fault he packs the orders and we agreed on my next order I will write in the box in extra information and I will be given a free drink. However, there is another problem. When I order Kabab and select the salad ingredients I expect to get them. I have not had them for quite a few times now. What is the point of having a website which allows salad ingredients to be selected if all you get continually is a pile of lettuce and onions. ??? On the last occasion I did not select anything other than tomatoes, cucumber so that I could actually get them, and I did not order my usual selection of salad ingredients. They were not in the order all I got was a pile of lettuce and onions. I think the man who packs up the orders is at fault. He is not looking at the orders and just shoving cheap ingredients lazily into the Kebab order. If it is busy and late, and there is not a supply of what I ordered I expect an email or a call back. Or the delivery driver informing me. But this is not even the reason I don't feel because it happens now on a regular basis. And the prices have gone up and there is now a 70p surcharge. So there is not reason to use this place - it would be better to use somewhere else which is a similar price but has better quality control. Missing a drink and salad ingredients may indeed push up profits on a £10 order, around 8%, but if it happens once more I will be taking my custom elsewhere. This is a shame because the rest of the staff and the drivers have always been a pleasure. And it is they that will suffer. And I will also write another review if it happens again.
