My housemate and I ordered this evening and had problems with our order: 1. the lime pickle that was ordered was not delivered and when I called to query this I was told that they'd stopped doing it so we should've been charged 50p less upon delivery. However, we were charged the original order price, while on the phone I was told that it was "too far and too busy" for them to refund them the 50p (although the item is listed as 60p on Just Eat). Instead he informed me that I could have something for free next time I ordered, but when I asked how I'd prove I was told to write it in the comment box. This clearly won't be adequate proof and I don't trust that I will be refunded or compensated at all. 2. My housemate ordered piri piri fries and was given plain fries, when we queried this he said that piri piri fries are only available when you order a platter option and that us seeing the option on Just Eat was not their problem. They seemed uninterested in correcting their own menu on Just Eat. We were both very disappointed with the food and service and I hope to receive confirmation of either a refund or future replacement for the missing item.

My son got charged £18 for 3 milkshakes,chicken nuggets and onion rings, when he called to ask where his pizza was he said he didn't order one even though it was read back to him 3 times, then he called my son a prick... Vile horrible place AVOID!!!
