Great stuff downstairs!Looking for sleep wear and some trousers.I got assistance from a lovely Spanish women looking for my size. She was excellent. The salesperson at the till, Australian? with a black beanie on her head, very stylish...very patient & helpful. Informed me about what I had, reduced product I left it with her and when back for more products. She held my other products and I added more products to the final sale. Great service!!
Beware, my wife's debit card account has just been deducted an additional 3 quid following a fully paid transaction in November 2019. Like all hackers the 3 quid is probably a test, not a mistake, if it goes through the bigger money is next. Forever 21 has a bad history of card fraud, particularly in America. Be careful.
Clothing here is of a reasonable price in this chain clothing store. The layout of it though seems to have a 'charity shop' feel. It is hard to describe it but the fixtures are utilitarian with no asthetic presence. It is conveniently located in the heart of the traditional shopping area of Liverpool on the edge of Liverpool One shopping centre.
Don't even go into this store. They do not care about your safety. Happy to leave a sharp door plate protruding, then don't take any responsibility. Such a rude, un-customer focused bunch,
Very colourfull, bright atmosphere. The designs are "fresh", unique, the price for items are reasonably priced, but when they have a sale you can get some excellent bargains!
They don't allow online purchases to be returned to this store if you have used paypal. By post, they will charge a delivery fee for returns. Very different from other stores :
Very cheap shop becoz closing down
Been there few days ago. Every item is on sale with 50% to 60% discounts. It has men and women clothings, Jewellery and much more.
Great variety but had a job finding my size 18 to 20 ended up not buying a thing in their sale
Rude girl at the till who didn't seem to know what was going on, scanned my items through twice & tried charging double. Only upside of the visit was the clothes... Not the staff.
