My ebike's electric was bust and so I tried to find a bike shop that knew something more than how to repair punctures! I was lucky enough to contact Freedom Cycles (as recommended by Raleigh) and they did an excellent professional job. They (Gary and Debby) were always polite and dealt with the other parties very well. I'm pleased to say my bike is now on the road/tracks all thanks to them!

Everything you'd want from a Local Bike Shop - loads of friendly advice, old school customer service and well-priced servicing done by someone who really knows what they're doing. Can't recommend this place highly enough!

Dropped a split link on the lawn. I know where it is. I just can't see it and now I don't care because Freedom cycles was open and I bought a nice new shiny link and a spare.

I found donna so helpful and the shop so wonderfully stocked. I was literally up a creek without a paddle and the shop help me out so much. Wish you were more people like done with the ward and the shop really needs to be supported more bites local community so therefore I ask all of you to shop for your cycle need today thank you freedom cycles (Donna) xx from Allen back safe in great Barr
