Found the perfect bike for me!! Went in late in the afternoon expecting to be rushed into a purchase (previous experience at specialized). I explained how my crosstrail agrivated a bulging c6 on my spine due to the riding position. After a number of different headstock and handlebar combinations I ended up with the perfect bike and riding position for me! Nothing was too much trouble even though it was so late in the day. Professional, Passionate and exceptional customer service.

After a bit of a disaster with some wheels on second hand bike, friends recommended Henry Burton and I wasn't disappointed. Richard their wheel builder, came to the rescue and brought them back to as-new condition. There is not one part of the process I could fault. Richard promised the wheels in a certain time frame and they were actually finished early. I'm pretty good mechanically with the bike, but if ever I was stuck I wouldn't hesitate returning to Henry Burtons
