The sale was great and the lady who served me was very helpful. Had to factory order bike not a problem. I had to call the day before arranged collection as not heard a thing from the store, was then told it's not here yet and they would chase it up and call me back. 4 days later I went into the store as no calls back. The man who spoke to me advised me the bike would be there the next day. I couldn't collect the bike then so arranged for 5 days later. Went to collect my bike and still no bike no call to advise me of this and no attempt to make the situation right! Shocking customer service!!!!!

The friendly, knowledgeable staff are all experienced cyclists who will advise you on all aspects of cycling. Their service is second to none. It's a great place to stop off at for a coffee during your "Cafe Ride" too.

The team here are so friendly, helpful & knowledgable. As someone who hadn't been on a bike since childhood I was nervous about walking into the shop, let alone getting on a bike but their advice has brought my confidence & ability on in leaps & bounds. They bikes to suit every level from novice to elite & I wouldn't go anywhere else now

Always a freindly place to stop and have a coffee. Also had my bike fit done here, highly recommended.
