Sometimes the boss is a little arrogant over the phone which doesn’t suit him well and it’s contradictory with his comportment in real-life when he knows how to speak with people and he can emphasise with their problems. On other hand, I was booked for a Master Service with a MOT afterwards. Everything worked fine. Thanks also for the fact you make me feel appreciated as a long time customer even after you were arrogant with me. I will finish with a quote: “Men are like steel. When they lose their temper, they lose their worth.”

great costumer service and provided helpful advise about my car when I needed new tyres. Because of the good service that i received, my car is now booked for an MOT and service. Will be recommending this garage to my friends

Despite them being extremely busy and having to juggle their appointment book around, they made time to fit me in as soon as they could. Work was carried out quickly and the guy on reception was more than helpful. Cannot fault them and will be going back again. 

By contrast national tyres just down the road are absolute rubbish, I used to go there but on my last visit they were absolute tosh and apart from mucking me about trod grease all over my vehicles carpets and I think the guy who put my car on the ramps was still drunk from the night before. DO NOT GO THERE. GIVE YOUR TRADE TO THESE GUYS INSTEAD.

At the annual service my Ford dealer advised that one tyre required immediate replacing due to wear.  Having bought and paid for the tyre online, I was surprised when FOAC Colchester advised that all tyres were fine and had at least 6 months wear left!!! FOAC considered it unnecessary to change the tyre and allowed a full refund. FOAC (Alec and Paula) deserve praise and recognition for their honesty and integrity.  I am sure any other company would have simply done the work. I will certainly go to them for all my future requirements. Well done FOAC. Very much appreciated.
