Above satisfactory for a station in my eyes. Platforms are long and covered with a healthy amount of seating and lifts connect them via a clean looking subway. Most of the buses to the town centre stop by the main road rather than the station forecourt.

I have always found the staff to be helpful. Clean with good parking for those who wait. If you are waiting for a person on a delayed train though, it is best to wait nearby as due to the roundabout, it can be difficult getting out in those times.

Always clean toilets and safe stairwells going under the tracks. Staff are very helpful. Multiple cafes to choose from for snacks.
