Had 4 tyres fitted. Had a full health check on my car from Audi last week so I went in prepared to fight off any suggestions of new discs, pads etc. as I already knew they were not required. Very happy to say that they didn't push anything like that and when they checked my wheel alignment they told me it was fine and needed nothing doing to it. They could have easily charged me for that but didn't. It was great to deal with polite and honest people! Thank you.

Took my car in for an exhaust job that should have cost £160, made situation worse in removing a bolt, and then told me it would cost me £700 and three days without my car to fix it, and accepted no responsibility for the damage done. I subsequently took the car to another garage who were able to do the original job, without the extra work being necessary. So not only were National incompetent in the job they did, but also in diagnosing what would need to be done to remedy it. Very hard to conclude anything other than that this is an attempt to create a high revenue job out of a small one. I will avoid the company at all costs, and encourage others to do likewise.

Never had a bad experience here. They seem to be able to fit you in whenever. Alright bunch of lads too.
