It doesn't seem to matter what Asda I have been to they seem to have issues with keeping up with rotating their stock. Went to by salad and I gave up after finding quite a few horrible tomatoes and lettuces, when I went to get a birthday cake for my son I ended up picking a more then a dozen different cakes and had to find a member of stuff to give them to as they were all out of date some even by a few days. The date in the tomatoes was for the 6th we went there a few days before the 6th.
I am a regular customer of Asda and never had an issue, until I started coming in my work uniform I work for a different popular store in Colchester. After work I like to take a trip here to get some essentials as I look around the surrounding shops to, I am constantly getting started down and watched from staff to when I walk in, pay and leave. The staff hover over me and have noticed whispers,stares and horrible looks from staff, just because I’m wearing a different store uniform does not mean I should be treated like I’m doing something wrong AS A REGULAR that did not have a problem before this.
Been this morning but wasn't overly impressed, not very christmasy it was depressing, not like it use to be years ago plus staff seemed half asleep or not very helpful or in my way doing online shops or going about in my way buffing the floors ..‍nNo Christmas music , I got brainwashed by the Asda Grinch advert they kept playing on repeat, it must drive the staff bonkers no wonder they're half asleep ‍
Shopping fine sales assistant most of the time are friendly.nCafe in Asda sales assistant are run off there feet forgot my order, i went to let them know ,they were not happy
Good products, friendly helpful staff. Plenty of space to park your vehicle. Clothes are upstairs and everything else is downstairs. Wheelchair friendly.
